Tony Olding is a Director of Watermark Residences, Castle Cove. Tony has been working with his fellow directors on Seniors Living projects since 2002.
A highly qualified builder, Tony is a member of the Australian Institute of Building. In 2002, alongside fellow director Enzo Marchione, Tony was recognised by the prestigious Royal Australian Institute of Architects with an award for Multiple Housing for New South Wales.
In 2011, Tony was again lauded for his work when Watermark Residences, Castle Cove, was awarded the New South Wales Award for Excellence by the Urban Development Institute of Australia. The development won the category for the best Seniors Independent Living project in New South Wales.
Tony continues to enhance and develop his vision of delivering the highest quality Seniors living standards across projects within the Watermark group. Tony has a Bachelor of Building from University of New South Wales.
Enzo Marchione is an Executive Director of Sydney’s prestigious, award winning Watermark Castle Cove. Enzo has successfully created and delivered property development strategies over the past 15 years. Enzo and his team also own and operate the Watermark Retirement Living facility in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales.
Prior to commencing Watermark Castle Cove in 2005, Enzo and his long term business partner, Tony Olding, developed a range of high end residential properties. Commencing in 1992, the team created and delivered projects across Sydney city’s inner suburbs including Double Bay, Redfern, Ultimo and Botany.
In 2002, a joint development with Tony Olding won the coveted NSW multiple housing award from the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. In 2011, Watermark Castle Cove won the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s Award for Excellence for best Seniors Development in New South Wales.
Prior to founding his own company, Enzo worked for the Australian Stock Exchange, heading the Index Research Department. Enzo holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate from the Securities Institute of Australia in Financial Modelling.
Dr Christopher Watt is a Director of Watermark Residences, Castle Cove. A founding principal of Sailors Bay dentistry, in Northbridge, Dr Watt has over 35 years experience in the healthcare industry. Over this time, he developed a long standing vision to create premier seniors lifestyle developments across New South Wales.
Passionate about enhancing the quality of patient and aged care across a range of areas, Dr Watt brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to the Watermark Castle Cove project. Dr Watt deeply understands the local community and has been a local resident for over 25 years.
This unique perspective underpins Watermark Residences, Castle Cove’s ongoing engagement with the local community. As a result, residents of Watermark Castle Cove have developed deep and sustainable relationships with local businesses and facilities, and enjoy a fully integrated on-site public library which forms part of Willoughby Council’s network of libraries.
Dr Watt graduated from Sydney University with a Degree in Dental Surgery in 1979.
